This free version of WaveCalc app is a wave property calculator based on linear wave theory. Based on specified wave height, wave period, water depth, and water density, the app calculates wave length, wave speed, wave group velocity, water particle velocities at water surface and at seabed, and dynamic pressure at water surface and at seabed. The intent of this app is to assist coastal engineers in their daily engineering work and to help perspective coastal engineers in understanding waves. Enjoy!
